At our 2022 Best Night event, we announced a special appeal for housing stability, in cooperation with Housing Assistance Corporation. Their new program, THRIVE (Tools to House Residents in a Vulnerable Economy), will provide rental vouchers and financial education for our essential workforce – specifically those working with children and people with developmental disabilities.
$185,000 was raised for THRIVE through the generosity of our supporters in the room that evening, a $50,000 match from the Bilezikian Family Foundation and a $60,000 match from the Cape & Islands United Way's Ron Reed endowment.
