The goals of the program are to engage residents of all ages in projects that address local concerns to improve the community landscape, and to bring attention to the value and reward of volunteerism. Volunteerism can be in the form of training or education, or as a specific volunteer project.
The Cape and Islands United Way improves lives by mobilizing the caring power of our communities to advance the common good. We wish to extend a huge thank you to the Bilezikian Family Foundation, Eversource Charitable Foundation and Granite City Electric who have provided generous funding for our micro grant program!
